NEMBUILD COMPANY LIMITED is a BUILDING and CIVIL CONSTRUCTION COMPANY undertaking general building construction and civil works for individuals, cooperate organizations, government and individual establishments AND provide CONSULTANCY SERVICES for the same related areas.

Established in 2006, it was legally licensed to commence business in FEBRUARY 2010 as a Sole Proprietorship. Its gradual and huge project span with comprehensive field experiences compelled it to be upgraded to a Limited Liability Company in 2016 and with a certificate issued in 2017, which also succeeded in acquiring a 202acres of land for Estate Development at Afienya. The company has been managed by highly intelligent and qualified Technocrat from Polytechnic and University as well, in the Engineering Department and The College of Architecture and Planning Department respectively. It consists of Architects, Civil Engineers, Construction Managers, Quantity Surveyors and Health and Safety Managers with several years of practical work experiences in the construction, civil and its administrative industry. We utilize the multi-disciplinary approach to each project; thus, planning, designing, quantifying, constructing and delivering engineering services to our reputable local and foreign clients.

The company also aims at providing assistance to clients not residing in Ghana, with little or no trust with relatives but interested in putting up their dream houses.
