NEMBUILD COMPANY LIMITED has its office currently at house No. GZ-105-6194, North Teshie, Ledzokuku, Accra, where we focus on providing Design and Build type of projects and provide consultancy services for construction activities and land registration to our cherished clients of any class, right from inception to completion of the projects.

We treat each client and project as a unique entity; in that, the development process with the necessary steps to be adopted by our clients to ensure that the project becomes a success with the design and safe methodology as a key factor.

The company’s main target is to provide safe and excellent services to meet client’s satisfaction, where they can evaluate to have a direct relationship of value for any amount of money invested into their projects. Due to this, the company has three major stages which our qualified and well experience expertise take each client through.

• Stage 1. Planning.

At this stage, the client and the company set objectives and establish clear cut procedures to be followed and with various resources taken into consideration in achieving our aim.

• Stage 2. Designing.

This stage comes with a lot of creativity work which the company pays a lot of attention to, in order to achieve the exact aesthetic beauty the client requires. At this stage, the Architect and the Civil Engineer are briefed together, who also laisse with the HSEQ Manager for a more safe and practical design to meet the client’s demand. Moreover, design decisions to meet the needed strength are dully conceded. Cost elements are also determined from this stage. This is either designing to cost or cost to design.

• Stage 3. Estimation.

Our team of well experience Quantity Surveyors estimate as possible, the cost of construction mechanically within a time frame. At this stage also, both the design team and Quantity Surveyors take the clients through the wild varieties of building materials on the market, assist them to select what they can afford as well as to meet their aesthetic beauty requirements.

• Stage 4. Construction.

This is where the main project kickstarts, with the Site Engineer assigned by the company, in charge of all site activities who prepares daily reports with site photographs and videos, from inception to completion, which are shared with the client both inside and outside the country. At this stage, the safety standards identified at the designing stage are implemented.
